Jennifer started her insurance career in 2001 while studying at Southeastern Oklahoma State University (SOSU), where she earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in General Business. In 2006, she joined the Sullivan Insurance Agency, specializing in serving Tribal clients.
In addition to her Bachelor’s degree, Jennifer holds several professional designations, including Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR), Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), and Tribal Human Resources Program Certification (THRP). She is also licensed in multiple states for Property, Casualty, and Life & Health insurance.
Since joining the Sullivan Insurance Agency in 2006, Jennifer has established herself as a leader, assisting both Tribal clients and large commercial customers. She places a strong emphasis on continuing education and is currently pursuing her SHRM designation.
In recognition of her outstanding contributions, Jennifer was awarded the Outstanding CSR of the Year in Oklahoma in 2017 and was a top finalist at the national level.
Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys spending quality time with her family. She and her husband recently celebrated their 20th anniversary, and they have a daughter who is passionate about competitive softball. The family looks forward to watching her play at North Central Texas College (NCTC).
