Susan Lucas graduated from Marietta High School in 2001, and began an internship with Red River Valley Rural Electric Association. This led to a fulltime job in the billing department. In 2005, she began her insurance career with Sullivan Insurance Agency. She was hired to be the CSR to a new producer, receptionist, and backup personal lines. She obtained her Certified Insurance Sales Representative designation in 2006 and won the Oklahoma CSR of the Year award in 2019. Over the years, Susan has worn many hats within the agency. Today, Susan is a commercial lines CSR working with the agency principal Lena Treanor and she had the honor of working under John F. Sullivan for over 18 years and considered him her mentor. She is cross trained in personal lines and employee benefits. She has an 18-year-old daughter, Ashlyn, that is currently attending college and in Susan’s free time you can find her in a basketball gym with her fiancé that is a high school girls basketball coach.
